Yes, we are still in business. If you are calling during our business days and office hours and no one is answering, it usually means our sales representatives are currently attending to other calls or assisting customers who are visiting our showroom. Please also note that we do not answer calls during our lunch break from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM. You may try calling again after a few minutes. Alternatively, you may send us a message through our website contact form, email, or social media, and we will respond as soon as a representative becomes available.

Our Manila showroom is open to visitors every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. We keep a limited showroom schedule because many of our customers prefer to have product samples delivered directly to their location for convenience. By concentrating showroom visits on Tuesdays, our team can dedicate more time to assisting customers online and handling orders from clients nationwide. If you are planning to visit, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can properly assist you and prepare the samples you would like to see.

If visiting our showroom is not convenient, you may request to have sample items delivered through a third-party courier so you can inspect them at your location. A refundable sample deposit is required, which will be returned once the samples are sent back to us in good condition. Approval of sample requests depends on sample availability and readiness at the time of your request. Please note that the samples we send are blank items without printing or customization. They are intended only for checking the product’s size, material, color, and overall quality, not the final printed design. If you require an Official Receipt (OR) or Cash Sales Invoice (CSI) for the samples, the payment will be treated as a regular purchase and will no longer be refundable.
