With the ceramic glaze printing technique, it can be customized to display your logo, company name, or the name of your cafe or restaurant. The design includes a subtle embossed texture that can be felt when touched. Please note that due to the printing process, this item requires a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces and a longer production turnaround time, as we kiln-fire these mugs in a batch of 2000 pieces. Despite the higher MOQ and extended wait, the exceptional quality of these mugs makes it well worth the wait.

For items in our inventory (on-hand stocks), the production lead time is 7-10 calendar days. If items are not in stock, we require a minimum of 10-14 calendar days for processing, except for import-based products or locally manufactured items, which may vary based on quantity and production requirements.
We utilize third-party couriers to deliver orders both within Metro Manila and nationwide. Within Metro Manila, we utilize services such as Lalamove or Grab for deliveries. The delivery fee is covered by the customer. For customers located in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, we engage cargo forwarders who accept freight collect for delivery fees.
