For items in our inventory (on-hand stocks), the production lead time is 7-10 calendar days. If items are not in stock, we require a minimum of 10-14 calendar days for processing, except for import-based products or locally manufactured items, which may vary based on quantity and production requirements.

We utilize third-party couriers to deliver orders both within Metro Manila and nationwide. Within Metro Manila, we utilize services such as Lalamove or Grab for deliveries. The delivery fee is covered by the customer. For customers located in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, we engage cargo forwarders who accept freight collect for delivery fees.
